Thanks for shopping at Axesstek Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

30 day return policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be send back to us in the original packaging.

Damaged in Shipment

Please email customerservice@axesstek.com right away. Include a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be arranged with Customer Service as needed.

Not The Item You Ordered?

Are one or more of the items you had ordered not what you were expecting? If you believe that Axesstek sent you the wrong item email customerservice@axesstek.com and we will get things straightened out!

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
